We’re located just steps to the warm waters of Mission Bay and the beautiful blue surf of the Pacific Ocean in the heart of San Diego’s Mission Bay Park - the largest man-made aquatic park in the country! Consisting of 4,235 acres, approximately 46 land and 54 water, Mission Beach/Mission Bay Park has 27 miles of shoreline, 19 of which are popular white sand beaches! Here you’ll find a wide range of recreational activities, including 26 miles of paths for walking, jogging and biking and playgrounds for children.
Come stay in our beautiful, sun-filled 3-story, 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, bay-view, bay-side townhome. We’re just a 30 second walk from the bay and a minute from the ocean! Located in the heart of Mission Beach, we’re within easy walking distance to some great local restaurants as well as to the Mission Bay Aquatic Center. Located right around the corner, it’s the world's largest instructional waterfront facility. In 2004, over 15,000 participants experienced instructional and recreational opportunities in wakeboarding, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, rowing, kayaking, windsurfing, and kiteboarding. And there’s plenty of parking for your guests.
The first floor of our home offers you a patio area with a gas grill, tropical surroundings and ample patio seating. This area is perfect for summer nights, relaxing in the day in the full sun or under the umbrella while the little ones nap!
The first floor also features 2 bedrooms, each with queen size beds. One room has wood flooring and French doors that open up to the patio area. The second bedroom offers carpeting and satellite TV.
In between the two downstairs bedrooms there is a kitchenette – small fridge, microwave, sink and plenty of cabinets. This is perfect for 2 families traveling together or the grandparents!! A full bath is also located on this level.
Up the stairs you enter the living, dining, and kitchen area. It’s bright and airy with a balcony that’s perfect for sipping your morning coffee and relaxing to the quiet serenity of the “bay-side of life.” You can also stroll over to the beach and enjoy the music of the crowds and the Pacific Ocean!! It’s an outdoor paradise just waiting to be enjoyed!
The spacious living area offers 2 queen-size sofa sleepers allowing this home to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests (perfect for multi-family vacations)! There is satellite TV, DVD, and a stereo for your use. Lots of windows let in the sea air and the sun - perfect for your vacation!
The kitchen area is fully equipped. It comes complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots & pans, all utensils and everything you’ll need for your family meals!
The dining area is next to the kitchen and balcony and opens into the living area. The ½ bath is also located on this level.
The top floor is a fabulous master bedroom suite that offers a private 100+ sq. ft. balcony with excellent views of Mission Bay and SeaWorld’s nightly fireworks. The master bedroom also has numerous skylights and bright, light decor. This room offers a king bedroom set, 2 closets and a full bath with tub and shower.
Parking, which is at a premium in Mission Beach, is no problem with your 2-car tandem garage. It measures approximately 10' W X 30' D X 7' H. For those of you with SUVs, please verify your car’s dimensions as we do not have alternate parking! There is also a full sized washer and dryer located in the garage.
Mission Bay Park is set up for a range of activities that make it fun for both kids and adults — swimming, skating, bicycling, kayaking, jet skiing and water skiing, or just relaxing on the beach. You can also take some sailing lessons, rent a boat, or play golf or tennis.
This water wonderland also features free parking, great playgrounds, picnic sites, barbecues, and basketball and volleyball courts. Plus, it’s minutes from the airport, Mission Valley shopping, and San Diego’s new and exciting downtown. You’re also freeway-close!
