Technical details

Water
Municipal waterworks, one water-flow meter for the entire house.
Hot water preparation in boiler room with boiler capacity of 300 liters; central for the entire house. Boiler is combined, can use fuel oil, electric power or solar power (solar equipment purchased but installation not finished). For the hot water the circulation pumps are installed. All bathrooms have the installation for small boiler mounting available, which is not used.
Sewerage system
Septic tank is used, which has the capacity of 35 m³
Heating
Classical central heating with radiators; boiler room on fuel-oil warms up two big flats. Boiler power is 60 kW, planned for heating the entire house. The apartments have no central heating but get warm (and cool) using quality air-conditioning units. Fuel-oil tank with capacity of 2500 l is located outdoors, near the entrance of business premise. Boiler-room is regularly maintained by the contractor. Heating season starts from the middle/end of November and ends at the end of March/beginning of April. Yearly consumption of fuel oil for heating and preparation of hot water amounts about 2000 l.
Air-conditioning
Both flats (living rooms) and all apartments are air-conditioned by separate Fujitsu units.
Telephone, Internet
Two independent classical telephone lines (POTS) are introduced.
One line has ADSL access to Internet; the same is possible for the other line.
Satellite TV
Common system for 2 satellites and local domestic programs, 9 connections in all, is installed for entire house and apartments. New and independent satellite receivers are located at each connection.
Entrances
Videophone and electrical lock with remote opening for big doors.
Not used installation in front of entrances exists for the independent voice communication to the apartments.The garden has fully automated electrical lighting.
