Additional facilities include a gym, a pool table, trampoline, and garden sheds fully equipped with a tractor and digger for garden maintenance.  A grass heliport allows for rapid access to Auckland City.  

The grounds offer a private courtyard at the rear with barbeque, outdoor furniture and outdoor sound system. Two terraces of lawns at the front provide ample space to relax and soak up the views. A luxury tropical pool, complete with heated spa, waterfalls, waterslide, sandpit and children’s beach area provides stunning vistas and private entertaining.  Featuring extensive walking tracks and a private neighbourhood beach only a short walk from the house.  

Church Bay boasts some of Waiheke Island’s award winning restaurants and wineries, but should you wish to venture further afield, Oneroa township is only a twenty minute walk or a five minute drive and offers a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.
