Sozopol is a small ancient town located on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast. With his 5000 inhabitants of today, Sozopol is one of the oldest towns on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast line. Located 34 kilometers south of Bourgas on a slender rocky peninsula and three isles, Sozopol was founded in 610 BC by Miletian Greeks as their colony of Apollonia, thrived as a middleman between the Greek and the Thracian world. Later, in the years of early Christianity it was named Sozopol and so was inhabited for more then 2600 years. The Bulgarian National Revival period left its own vivid marks on the appearance of this unusual town with fine architectural ensembles of solid wooden houses.

All our clients will be offered optional full management services such as maintenance, payment of bills for electricity, water and telephone, payment of annual municipal and local taxes, cleaning, laundry, repairs, regular inspection visits to the property. Also included are services such as setting up new water and electricity accounts and submitting annual tax returns etc. Property management is 300 EUR per year.
