This modern one bedroom studio apartment is located three blocks off the city square. The apartment is located on the eighth floor in a quiet neighborhood close to everything- restaurants, theaters, banks, markets, etc.
The building has 24 hour security. Monthly rent of 625 (Weekly 350) includes Internet, utilities, cable TV, and maintenance and security.
Recommendations:
I stayed in the Grimaldo del Solar studio for one week. It was a great place especially for the price. All of the items are new and the place was wonderfully free of mold and dust. For me one of the best parts was its location super close to a nice grocery store and all of the action of Miraflores but even better is that there is 24 hour security. The internet in the apartment was stable which was a huge requirement for me. The check in and check out process was very easy and they sent a car to the airport to get me for only S/. 40 (he even waited when my plane was 4 hours late.)
I would definitely recommend this place.

I loved the place. It was so much better than the place I was staying, though a few dollars more. It is modern, clean, safe, and close to everything. I enjoyed a quiet place to do my research. I will recommend it to any of my university colleagues who come to Lima to do research.
