This property is in the picturesque village of Zengovarkony in the south of Hungary. From the capital, Budapest it can be reached on the number 6 road. It is situated 170km from Budapest and 15 km from Pécs, the seat of county Baranya. ( Pécs has an airport with flights landing from Germany)

The vilage is famous for its folk art and culture. It has many museums including the arts on eggs museum ( ). The village also has a big chestnut forest which is famous in the country. There are pictures and informaion of the village on : pages.

The site is in the centre of the village with a small brook running in front.( The village is interwoven with such small and tiny brooks.) It has lovely fruit trees in the garden and an old still functioning well. Electricity, water and sewage is on the property. Although the village is built at the foot of the Mecsek mountains, the site is flat so ideal for building.
