Set high on a hillside, overlooking the sea, amongst pine, olive and fruit trees, this lovely cottage is the perfect get-away for those wanting peaceful natural surroundings and complete privacy as well as convenience to various beaches or the town of  Skopelos. Located on a large private farmland with no neighbouring houses, on a " no -exit " lane, at a delightfully unspoiled and undisturbed area, this cottage of excellent standard, offers unique experiences like watching the magnificent hawks  flight during the day, listening  to nightingale's song in the afternoon or spying the jumping rabbits at night.

GROUND FLOOR
The main entrance door leads into an open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room. The kitchen is equipped with full electric cooker, extractor fun,  fridge with freezer, cupboards with utensils, iron and lots of extras.The spacious sitting room, has sofa which can become one or two extra beds  if required and enjoys sea view through a large double door. TV, CD player (large jazz collection of CDs), backgammon, chess and  fireplace. Bathroom with shower.

TOP FLOOR
Staircase from living room leads up to the upper floor. There are two light bedrooms, and bathroom with bathtub.
