Set on the hillside, overlooking Stafilos beach just below, and less than 5 minutes walk away, "Mando Guest House" is surrounded by olive groves and pinetrees. There are three taverns nearby and the bus stop to town is on the main coastal road, 5 minutes away. Constructed of a very good standard, the new building preserves the traditional island style and has been decorated simply and comfortably. The top and middle floor comprise 2 double rooms, 1 triple room and 1 "two bedrooms" unit each, while the ground floor has 2 double rooms and the owners' house. Excellent rooms, cool from the sea breezes, all with sea view, AIRconditioning sets and satellite-tv, private bathrooms and balconies, in a marvellous location!

P R I V A T E C O V E
You have to walk through our private path to reach this lovely and secluded small cove next to Stafilos beach. The path starts at the edge of the private plot, opposite the barbecue, and although a bit sloping it is picturesque and shaded by pinetrees. The sea bottom is rocky and there are steps all the way to the water. Ideal for swimmers and snorkellers who would like to explore the coastline, or even swim to the opposite beaches. There is a paved area with table, chairs and sunbeds. This is where you might read your book sitting either under the sun or the shade of a big pinetree.

Specially for our quests we have created a spacious shaded patio at the tranquil edge of the land which enjoys lovely views over the beaches and the Aegean Sea. The paved terrace comprises an adequate number of tables-and-chairs for sitting out in either sun or shade. Both the barbecue and the shared kitchen -fully equipped- are at your disposal. This is where you might read your papers, prepare your breakfast or meal, relax and have evening drinks or meet other guests. There is available satellite-tv. The private path to the sea starts few metres below.

♥ TWO BEDROOMS FOR 4 PEOPLE : "Ideal accommodations for families with 2 children"
The "2 bedrooms units" are two and situated one on the middle and the other on the top floor, at the right side of the building. The entrance door leads directly into the first bedroom with twin wood beds, French door to long private balcony, fridge, air conditioning, satellite TV, kettle and cups to prepare a simple breakfast. Next to the first bedroom there is a small hallway which leads to the separate master bedroom; it comprises twin wood beds, bedside tables and lights, wardrobe, dressing-table, french-door to the balcony and window at the side. The bathroom is on a small hallway between the two bedrooms. The top floor unit has a traditional fire place.

The middle and top floor have a spacious triple room each, with en-suite bathroom and french-door to private balcony. The rooms are identical and comprise three single wood beds, bedside tables and lights, wardrobe, dressing-table, Greek table-with-chairs, fridge, air conditioning, satellite TV, kettle and cups to prepare a simple breakfast.
♥ ONE BEDROOM FOR 2 PEOPLE : "Ideal for just married couples ..."
There are 2 double rooms on each floor with en-suite bathroom. All comprise bedside tables and lights, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, fridge, satellite-tv, kettle and cups to prepare a simple breakfast. French door to private balcony with comfortable chairs and Greek table. The corner rooms at the left side of the building have double beds plus two windows with lovely views. The rest of the rooms have twin-beds. |
