The Mansion is build in a small and quiet village in a hill region, this region being the biggest vine culture in Romania and the 3rd in Europe and it is situated near one of the most historical cities (Focsani) in the country.
On the right side of the Mansion there is small spring.

The Mansion is brick built in 1901, fully refurbished in 1994.
