THE OFFER CONCERNS:
We offer on sale a land of the area of 87,1167 ha designated to be developed for tourist and sports facilities, located in the central part of the Mazurian District, consisting of the peninsula Szeroki Ostrów on Sniardwy Lake and the area at its basis. There no other places like that in Poland, possessing similar landscape values. In the northern and eastern directions it opens to the view on the largest lake in Poland – Sniardwy Lake; in the southern direction we can see an inlet towards Seksty Lake and the peninsula Kaczor, nearby we can also see the islands Pajęcza and Czarci Ostrów, where once was a fortified castle. The glacier pushed high beauty spots from which one can admire a wonderful view for the distance of many kilometres.
