There are no trees on the plot, the cutting of which would require the approval of the conservator of nature. Behind the fence in the south (Królowej Jadwigi street) a wooded square is located, the eastern part from the Warta river is represented by the green area.
The western side of the plot borders on a very large shopping-office and service centre, the Renault Pavilion.
In the north, Kazimierza Wielkiego street is located, from which there are two entrance roads to the plot.
Although the plot is located in the southern prestigious part of Poznań in the Old Town District (ca. 1 km from the Old Market Square and 700-800m from the Town Office in Kolegiacki square), an easy transport connection with other districts and exit roads is possible.
The bus, tram (stops 100m) and car lines are available. The access for coaches and lorries is also easy.
