Our company is specialized on investments in real estates and properties in Uruguay.
 It is a 200 square meters apartment located at the first floor in a “palazzo” on the Grand Canal, in a really prestigious environment.
The “palazzo” where the apartment is located, is in sight of the RIALTO bridge, some 30 meters away from it. There is a private water access on the Grand Canal where you can access the palazzo directly from the water line. There is a resident 24-hour porter, a lift which takes you to the 5th floor where a roof terrace is located. This terrace (called Altana, in typical venetian jargon) is a common property to all the apartments of the “palazzo”.
