The Company is a family business start
 I have a flat in Ocean Heights on the 14th floor. The most extravagant tower yet in dubai.
The building is just next to Dubai Marina, which I think is good because, with over 200towers built next to eachother, it will be a tight in there.
In front of the building is Le Meridian Mina Sehayi, which is an 8 story building, and to the right is Royal Mirage which a ground level complex.
Behind the building is Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Knowledge Village and
Emirates Golf Club.
My unit is a huge one bed room flat of 1235 square feet, with a great bathroom and a separate guest toilet. Both balconies have view towards Jumeira Palm, which is only 300m away. It is the first unit one the northeast side. Which is the one with better view.
The building is top of the range luxury with all the services one would expect. Gym, pools jacuzzies and such. There is a private parking spot under the building.
So what is the reason why it is a good investment for you too..
