This home is on the beautiful barren lake located in South Central Kentucky between Bowling Green and Glasgow. It is 70 miles from both Nashville Ten And Louisville Ky.
Barren lake is a TVA flood control lake that is 32 feet deep and ¼ of a mile wide by the house at summer level. The lake is over 160 ft deep at the dam and has over 40 miles of navigable water. The barren lake state park is 9 miles south of the house and provides year round services.
The house has over 300 ft. of Lake Frontage with a floating dock connected to the property. You can walk to the dock from the house. The water at the end of the dock is 20 ft. deep and is a great swimming area.
