Attic is part of an Italian villa situated among green hills. It is large ( 110 sq in surface)has a spacious bathroom two large bedrooms and a combined kitchen and livving room. There is a balcony. It is situated on the second floor. on the ground floor near the garden there is a carport. We can also rent  you a car for your holday stay. The attic is new. Ita is 2 km from the beach ( Adriactic coast) seaside resort with beach umbrella and bars and discos and night life really on the move. It is also 3 km from the Town centre with shops, 2 large shopping centres as well as the old very characteristic part of the ancient town of Termoli, along the coast. Cuises can be taken to the islands nearby. The attic is fully furnished and we can supply reant a car or our own at a very low cost as well as help you tour around and give you info on places to visit. We are Australians now living in Italy. The price per week is €200 ( euro) all inclusive.Cra would cost €50 per week, you should just pay your own petrol. Great for a real Italian holiday.
