The property is about 150 kilometers from Asuncion, directly on paved highway in the Tebicuarymi district that lies within the Paraguari Department. It offers a dream-like panoramic view of the marvelous mountain range which transverses the entire Department. The ranch is fully equipped for living and working in.

The principal house consists of 144 square meters and includes 4 bedrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms whilst in the front and sides there are covered porches. The personnel house has an area of 40 square meters and consists of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living-dining room. The property receives public services of water and electricity (tri-phase). The exact measurements of the ranch are 140 x 2,850 meters. It also includes the following facilities:

a 40 x 40 meter corral for cattle (with feeders and water facilities, vaccinating area, loading ramp, etc.), 3 artificial reservoirs. In 13 hectares there are sugar cane plantations, 17 hectares of natural grassland, the remainder consists of natural soil as well as some forest areas.
