It is located in the Veliko Tarnovo area. The hamlet consists of 536,000 sq m land and used to have 20 houses on it. Some of the houses could be restored and renovated where from others not much is left now. The people from the village have emigrated in 1984 and since then the village have been deserted. The hamlet is called Delova Mahala and is 27 km from Zlataritsa, 50 km form Veliko Tarnovo and 46 km from local airport in Gorna Oryahovitsa. The good news is that there is water from a local source and electricity to the place. And even better news is the asking price of 280,000 euros for the lot which works out less than 0.6 euro per sq m of land. Only the last 2 km of the road to the hamlet are track one the rest is asphalt. This is a place where the nature still prevails and rules, a place that waits to be re-discovered and brought back to live. This is a great development/renovation opportunity still at a bargain price. Please apply for more information, current availability and pictures of the village and the area. |
