Varna, the sea capital of Bulgaria, is a spectacular modern city, and yet with architecturally preserved authenticity with all facilities, museums, an airport and a port as well. The vacation village of Kranevo is just 4 km away. Some 500 m. away runs the international main road E87 leading to Varna city and the airport and another big Bulgarian town- Balchik. The region is quite picturesque as it is both near the sea and some lovely forests. The plot overlooks the sea to the east, the forest to the south and the green hills and fields to the west.
