Modern, bright south-east facing self catering 4 bedroom/4 bathroom villa (sleeps 8) with central heating and ceiling fans fitted in every room.
It is situated in the quiet Punta Lara District of Nerja close to the beach. The beautiful old town of Nerja is only 5 minutes by bus or car. The Playazo Beach is only 5 minutes walk from the villa.

Enjoy a casual stroll into the centre of Nerja along a flat beach road which is lit at night and only takes about 25minutes. The Playazo beach still retains much of its original character, stretching from Punta Lara to Nerja, bordered by farming land, a few boat yards and tapas bars.

Our 4 bedroom villa is built on 3 levels. Access to the villa is via a security gate at ground floor level leading into a fully fitted kitchen, a large lounge with dining area and fireplace. This leads on to an open spacious terrace including own private pool & BBQ area with fabulous views of the sea, mountains and Nerja. There is also a double bedroom at this level with en suite bathroom overlooking the pool with superb views. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and each bedroom has a balcony with panoramic views of the sea and Nerja. The basement level has a games room with table tennis, two single beds and bathroom. There is also an utility room with washing machine and freezer adjacent to the private garage. There is also parking outside.

The lounge/dining room has two navy leather sofas, coffee tables, dining table with chairs, TV (satellite channels), DVD, video player, CD radio and patio door leading to the pool terrace.

The kitchen is fully fitted for self catering with kettle, toaster, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven

The large pool terrace has a stone BBQ, private swimming pool approx. 22ft x 10ft and also a full range of patio furniture including sun beds with wonderful views to Nerja and the mountains.
