The Company is a family business start
 This ancient property, formerly the Dukedom of Febino, lies at approximately 15 km from Gubbio and slightly farther from Perugia; it is plunged into a mystic and untainted landscape, where gentle hills and woods alternate pleasantly.
The closest shops are in the small village of Belvedere 4 km away, the closest houses are 1 km away. The property currently features water (private well), but is not provided with light and telephone.
