Miramar is a small village with a few houses and stores. Bigger places with many stores and commerce are Sierpe, Palmar Del Sur and Golfito.
Climate: Tropical muggy climate, on the day up to 30°C, at night approximately 26°C Altitude: approximatlely 350 meters.
Property: 92 hectares big property with an incredible view of the sea, the Rio Sierpe valley and its flow into the sea, the island Violines, Isla Del Caño, Golfo Dulce, the Corcovado National Park as well as the Talamanca mountain chain. The property is on a natural plateau and consists of approximately 75 percent of pastures and 25 percent of jungle, richly with sources and creeks. It is suitable for private, farming, reforestation or commercial uses.
