The Nuevo Torre Guil project is a residential development in the metropolitan area of the city of Murcia situated only ten kilometres [6 miles] from its centre, amidst the natural surroundings of 4 million square metres [43,055,465 sq ft] of forest (Sierra del Carrascoy). The magical coves and beaches of the Mazarrón coastline are only twenty minutes drive away, and there's world class skiing at Sierra Nevada, nearby to Granada, at only two hours drive.
