The village is situated only 20 km from the sea capital of Bulgaria-Varna and the international Varna Airport is just less than 20 minutes driving. This rural area covers territory about 14 sq km. The villages of Banovo, Chernevo, Izgrev, Nikolaevka and Prosechen are located in close proximity to the village. The population is about 142 inhabitants. This place offers plenty opportunities of fishing, hunting and country tourism. Kalimantsi is a great location for recreation and spending the holidays, because of the fresh air and the calmness which the region offers.
