The present Zamek was built around 1760. As the village is 750 years old, one can see, especially around the indoor well, that the original foundations are much older. It has been extensively renovated over last two years. The Zamek is located in the centre of a small village of around 600 inhabitants set in the hills of Vysočina. Twenty km from the Praha - Brno highway. About an hour from Praha by car. Central heating is fully automatic solar / oil system with two oil kettles and two one ton double walled oil storage tanks.
