Elevations on the ranch range from 1,300 feet above sea level to almost 6,000 which provide sweeping views of jagged mountain peaks, grassy meadows, and meandering rivers and streams. The estancia includes a fishing lodge with a main room and fireplace that sleeps up to 5 people and has cooking and dining facilities. There is a caretaker’s cottage and two additional homes which sleeps 6 people. One of which provides a small bar, game room, and living room and the other a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. Additionally there is an owner’s cabin that will sleep up to 6 people. The property also provides working corrals, a large horse barn, storage, shed, and fencing.
