Our company is specialized on investments in real estates and properties in Uruguay.
 The region of the village is a part of the high mountain area of Bulgaria and is situated on the middle part of Pereliko-Prespanski mountain massif of the Rhodopy Mountain. That part forms the main ridge, dividing the Arda River from the valey of Chepelare River. To the north is situated Momchil /Enikhan/ top - 1943m high, Prespa –2000 m. and Kriva Chuka – 1650m. Their ridges are crossed by many forest tracks / routes / which lead to the high parts of the mountain. There are two rivers that pass by are short but quite deep during winter and spring. There are many dry valleys around with lots of rugged terrain. The lay is very suitable for walking trips, mountain bike and horse riding almost in every season of the year. The weather is typical mountain – like, with maximum raining and snowing periods during winter. Fogs are very rare and very short, usually during late autumn in October and November.
Spring is fresh and hot, summer is cool, autumn is nice and winter is mild and snowy. The first snow starts usually in the middle of November. TMost of the landscape is preserved, natural and very beautiful. In our opinion there are also very good conditions for development of fishing and hunting tourism.
