This old beautifully restored stone village house is situated in the ancient centre of Agello, a small medieval hill top hamlet with basic shops and public services, in the municipality of Magione, at a distance of approx. 15 km both from Perugia and from Lake Trasimeno.
This lovely character house, totalling approx. 100 sqm on 3 floors, is in perfect conditions and ready to move in. It was fully restored in traditional Umbrian style and with all modern comforts and systems a few years ago using only traditional materials, much of which recovered from the original building. The interiors feature terracotta floors and beamed ceilings, a pretty fireplace, delightful interior decoration details and an incomparable medieval stone arch which is now the passageway between the kitchen and the sitting room.

Agello is a small hill-top village which developed from a roman camp into a medieval castle/fortress preserving most of its original structure.
