Description of  Hall Hard:                     
there is 8,15 m high manufacturing steel hall of parameters 60 x 25 m. Hall has own boiler room - boiler on burning broken waste, dryers for sawn wood drying and 2 bridge cranes with carry capacity of 5 ton. Framework of hall is made from steel. Perpendicular framework consist of steel pillars in direct of crane runway. Building part of every ship is bridge crane with carry capacity of 5 ton. There are two bridge cranes in the hall and both are after general repair. On the roof are steel saddle skylight. Covering of the hall consist of walled socle, trapezial PVC profiles. Two fully automatic draw-out aluminium barn-door with size 4,2 x 3,5 m. Floor is made from concrete with special reinforced adjusting. There is connection with electric installation on 380/220 V. Part of hall consist of upstairs where are offices, canteen, clothes room + toilet (capacity for 30 people). Everywhere in the hall is possible entrance with fork-lift truck.

Handling hall:
It is used for handling materiál or as storage space. Height 6 m, area of 300 square meters.

Boiler- room:
Boiler on burning broken waste. Boilers of type TSP 30, VIGAS 80 470 Kw. Power automatic shifter on broken waste.

Storage space :
5 rooms, 3 of which have fully automatic sliding gates. There is a possibility of entry by forklifts.

Garages:
There are 8 prefabricated mobile garages on hard surface.
