Inspired from the Nautilus shell as what regard its shape and external architecture,this touristic building fitted in Arabic-style will be composed of 84 fully-furnished and equipped apartments of 56m2 (44 two-roomed flats of 37,5m2 and 40 three-roomed flats of 56m2, all including a garden or a terrace) in addition to a wonderful swimming pool and bar.
THE ST THOMAS NAUTILUS RESIDENCE includes a lots of facilities and high-quality comforts: a 24h security service, wide terraces receiving plenty of sunlight, fitness area and spa, tennis court, the ‘gourmant’restaurant and a specialised excursions centre.
