The Cavendish is located in Awali City in the New Ajman, the name given to the area being developed just outside the existing city, on Emirates Road. New Ajman is a fast growing area, largely driven by the emirate’s growing population.
Rising in two graceful, slender shapes linked by a central section, The Cavendish has an H-shaped footprint. At the seventh floor, above the plinth, the outdoor spaces created by the tower's shape provide a sheltered setting for an intimate residents' garden.
