The house is located in the centre of the village of Osikovo. It is a small village situated in a high kettle surrounded by hills about 20km away from Popovo. There is a small river running through it (Baniski Lom River) and three artificial lakes which makes the view remarkable. The house is two-storeyed. The first one is made by stones and is divided into two rooms used as cellars. These two rooms can easily be transformed into a tavern decorated in old Bulgarian style. On the second floor there is a hall leading to 2 bedrooms, a living room with a spot serving as a kitchen and a storage room. Behind the house there is a small pine tree. The land belonging to the house is 730 square meters which can be used as a garden
