There are two downstairs bedrooms and one in the loft. For family gatherings, etc., there is plenty of room for an extra bed in the loft.
The roof extends over the large deck to provide shelter from sun and rain, making the deck ideal for dining, relaxing and entertaining, etc. The deck looks over the jungles canopy to the beautiful Cayo countryside in the distance.
The yard is fenced with a gate. It is beautifully landscaped with various flowering plants and bushes and mature fruit trees (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, avocado, mango, tamarind, coconut). Royal palm, flamboyant, almond, and allspice trees also grace the property. A gumbo-limbo tree provides shade for a stone and mortar barbecue near a terraced garden for herbs and vegetables.
