Excellent pousada / guest house with individual access from the BR 101 highway (Rio de Janeiro-Angra dos Reis-Parati-Sao Paulo). The whole estate embraces 7,500 m², of which 2,500 m² are constructed area. The pousada offers 16 suites, a chalet with 80 m2 and the owner's house with 250 m², containing a living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and service area. There are 2 swimming pools, both of them supplied by pure mineral water from the mountains: a big one containing 250,000 liters and a children's pool.
