 This property is located in a beautiful mountain village just 20 km. away from the magnificent town of Kyustendil. The town lies in the Southwestern part of Bulgaria. This region has had the unique chance of preserving the messages of its 8 millennia old history while the town has managed to establish itself as one of Bulgarias eternal cities. The beautiful Kyustendil region is a place, where three mountains meet, a place where the river Struma leaves the fault and at times slow, at times fast it flows down to search for the sea. This region is extremely rich in flora and fauna. It is a crossroad of different cultures, a place as much known as unknown, a piece of land where there will be always things to be discovered and rediscovered.
The town Kyustendil is one of the leading health resorts in Bulgaria and abroad. It is rich in numerous factors, which combine and potentiate perfectly their medicinal characteristics. The main of them are hot mineral waters, gushing forth from earth for more than twenty- five centuries with constant debit and mineral compositions. Here active movement is sustained on the health path, long about 2 km. with different declivity, winding through the old pine forest of Hissarluka hill in Osogovo Mountain with a splendid view of Kyustendil above. Both healthy and sick people come here not only to walk and train but to breathe the clean air as well. Diet treatment is also carried out in the spa resort. The Kyustendils valley is rich in fruit and vegetables orchard. The highly- qualified experts use diets for cure of different diseases as with nature showing how to lead life in conformity with nature which is very important for preventing chronic illnesses.
