At Certaldo, a holiday farmhouse and wine producing company in a strategic position in the zone between Florence and Siena in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. Particularly convenient is the vicinity of the airports of Florence and Pisa, which, besides the standard means of communication, make the area easy to reach. The agricultural company covers a surface of approximately 170 hectares in which we find the Villa di Fonti, an ancient main villa currently restructured, of 664 sq m, and the wine cellars and terrace built in the 17th century by a noble Florentine family, found in the centre of the agricultural firm of Fonti, which is between the hills of Val dElsa, at 30 km from Siena and 15 km from St. Gimignano. The restructured farmhouse of 505 sq m, together with two barns, creates a little village along the dirt road of access to the company. Three country houses to restructure. Three country houses of strongly expressive architecture, one of 85 about sq m, all to be completely renewed. The wine cellar of 398 sq m has been completely renewed in the structure and adapted to the hygienic-productive requirements. Beside the wine cellar the building destined to the wine-bottling of approximately 250 sq m gross is found.
