The complex “Saint George” is situated in the skirts of the mountain Vitosha, located in the west part of the country, in the capital Sofia. The city is located in the hollow of Vitosha and the climate is temperate – continental.
Main priority on the city is the immediate nearness to the mountain, on which slopes are situated some of the most prestigious quarters of the city, among which is Dragalevci. This allows the residents to relax from their rush workaday by walking in the forest or running down on the snowbound racing tracks.
The complex is situated in one of the quietest quarters in Sofia, in the solely foot of the mountain and at the same time only fifteen minutes away from the center of the city.“Saint George” is a self-contained residential complex, consisted of seventeen one-family houses, situated in a rich greenery park environment.

All the buildings in the complex are treated in general style, which brings the spirit of the traditional Bulgarian house, with typical slope roofs, white bow–window, wood parapets and forking iron and wood woodwork.
The whole complex is floating in greenery just like the traditional Bulgarian house. The yard is held up by special personnel. The park is laid out with grape vines, rockery, different bushes and trees. The benches and decorative park elements are unusually pleasant places for rest, relaxation and play for the children.
The complex is consisted of seventeen 3 storeyed one-family houses.
The living areas are situated among an exuberant park with rare plant species. At the owners’ and their children’s disposal are a spacious lobby, snack–bar with a terrace viewing the park, fitness and sauna, children’s playground and own park area in front of each house.
There is a fire control, 24 hours guard and video surveillance.
The complex has personnel, who take care of the maintenance of the buildings, the garden, and the facilities and also of the owners’ comfort.
All the external walls are consisted of an integrated system for hydro-, thermo- and sound-insulation.
The complex is gasificated and each house is heated by individual gas system.
Each house has a telephone connection, Internet connection and Cable TV.
The houses are fully equipped by “NEOSET”. The owners choose the colors and the designs by catalogue.
There is a luxurious P.V.C three chamber glass form on the windows.
