This hotel-complex is located in the northern part of Golden Sands, the oldest and the biggest tourist resort on the whole black sea coast. Only a promenade divides the complex from the beach. The complex enchants with its impressive architecture and the unique combination of sea and cool refreshing forest. The development is only 20 km from Varna, which is the biggest town on the Black Sea coast and second in size in the whole country. Apart from the regular flights, Varna international airport handles many charters during the season. The higher body of the complex will be completely renovated in the same style as the hotel part. All the apartments will have view to the sea. The apartments will be fully furnished and finished with running mineral water each and every bathroom, equipped kitchen corner and furniture. the owners can find within the complex: car parking, car rental,laundry service,safety deposit boxes,business centre,gift shops,restaurant with a sunny terrace and live music (a-la-carte restaurant),bars (lobby bar, fitness bar, pool bar),hairdressers',exchange office,internet ,fitness hall,sauna,massage,medical services, beauty salon,in- and outdoor swimming pools with mineral water,sun beds with matraces, sun umbrellas and beach towels.For those owners that will not reside permanently in the complex property management will be offered for 9.60 euro per square meter, per year.
