Frequently Asked Questions About Real Estate Listings on GLO CON
Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often from visitors and listing owners on GLO CON.
How do I add a listing? Property owners and agents can create an account and submit a listing directly through the site. Once submitted, listings go through a quick review before they go live, just to make sure everything is filled out properly and includes a clear description and at least one photo.
Is it free to list a property? Yes. GLO CON’s core listing service is free for both private owners and real estate agents.
Why isn’t my listing showing up in search results? The most common reasons are an incomplete listing, missing photos, or the property type not being selected correctly. Double-check that every section of your listing form has been filled in and that you’ve selected the right categories.
Can I list my property in more than one language? Yes. If you’d like your listing to appear in additional languages, you can add translated versions through your account. We ask that translations be done by an actual person rather than an automated tool, since machine translations are often difficult for visitors to understand.
How do I edit or update my listing? Sign in to your account, find the listing you want to change, and update the details. Edited listings are reviewed again before going back live, so allow a little time for the update to appear.
What are the rules for adding a listing? Listings should include an accurate, detailed description and genuine photos of the property itself. We ask that contact details and outside links be kept to the designated fields in the listing form rather than embedded in photos or descriptions.
I think my listing was removed — what happened? Listings that are left incomplete, or that don’t meet our basic content guidelines, are sometimes removed during review. You’re welcome to create a new listing and make sure all sections are filled out this time.
How can I get more visibility for my listing? A complete listing with several clear photos, a detailed description, and accurate categorization tends to perform best. It’s also worth double-checking that your listing is set to appear under the right property type and region.
