The rustico sits in the middle of the ancient village , dating back to the 3rd century a.C. Baiardo is one of the oldest villages in the LIgurian Hills of the Italian Riviera in Italy .
Layout : the main entrance leads into a small entrance hall and from there into a bedroom , the rest of the living space is on the 1st and 2cnd floor . On the 1st floor you will find a spacious living-room with dining area and a little kitchen corner . A window door leads to a small terrace with a fantastic mountain view . Wooden stairs lead up to another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed . In the living - room is a sofa bed , in total 7 guests can sleep in this house . It has been well restored only a couple of years ago . From the inside the walls are plastered and painted in plain white , from the outside the rustico is all out of cobbled stone . The floors are all tiled , also the bathroom on the 1st floor and parts of the kitchen . The ceilings are wood paneled and this makes you feel really cozy . There is an open fire place in the living-room and in addition there is a wood burning stove on the lower floor , which easily heats the whole place when it gets chilly in the winter . |
