It is only 20 minutes from the beach at Matalacana. It is also 1 hour from Seville Airport and 1.5 hours from Faro Airport, Portugal making it an excellent location.
There are bedrooms, bathrooms, lounge/dining room, modern kitchen, patio and the all important swimming pool. Water is supplied from wells.
This part of Spain has not been influenced by tourism. This is Spain at it´s best. Here the Costa de la Luz - "coast of light" is a region waiting to be explored. Large vineyards, where sherry is produced, large fincas of olives, orange, apple, pears, mangos, plums and strawberry fields cover the region. The air is clean and the light brighter than any other part of Spain. Here the stars twinkle at night and even "the old man on the moon" can clearly be seen.
The provincial capital of Huelva offers a visitor and a person looking to live here, plenty of restaurants, bars, markets, shops, boutiques, wine cellars, cinemas and more. Also within easy travelling are the cities of Jerez, Seville, Cordoba, Granada, Cadiz and even Gibralter.
One of the most famous national and natural parks is located close by - the Donaña National park, where the lynx is a protected species and the area is a nature haven for bird lovers.
For the golf lover, there are numerous golf courses in the area at Nuevo Portil, El Rompido and Isla Canela.
