 Two bedroom apartment in a beautiful development at the tropical island of Boracay in the Philippines. Fully furnished to a luxurious 5 star standard including air conditioning. Boracay is the perfect tropical beach destination from warm blue waters and powder white sands. A great place for just lazing around. Seven km long, it is only one km wide at its narrowest point.
There are thirty suites per building. Six spacious two bedroom luxury suites, and eight inner units where there are 1 bedroom luxury studio suites, and the studio units can be joined to come up with a spacious double studio unit with two full balconies overlooking the beautiful surroundings.
Two bedroom suites have spacious living and dining areas with two bedrooms incorporating a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest room with an independent bathroom. Each apartment has a terrace area with a wide view of the nearby fairway and its lush surroundings.
2 Bed apartment – (73 sq.m) - block A,B & C, all floors feature: Numbered Door, which opens to hallway. All through floor area is fully tiled using ceramic tiles. The kitchen (at front of room) has fitted cupboards, fridge, sink and cooker. Breakfast bar with 3 stools. Bathroom Wash-hand basin in first room. A toilet and bath will be allocated in second room. Dining area includes wooden table and four chairs. Lounge / Living area has a lounge cupboard, “L” shaped 5-chair settee to also include a single seat, coffee table, flat screen TV. The balcony opens via lockable sliding glazed doors inc 1 small table and 2 chairs. Bedroom 1 (Master) has a double bed, bedside table, bedside lamp, long wardrobe and window. Bedroom 2 has a single bed, wardrobe and window.
The construction is as follows: Reinforced concrete frame comprising footings, columns, beams and slabs, designed in accordance with the regulations for seismic construction specification; Walls: Exterior wall are of 20cm bricks. Internal partition wall are of 10cm hollow bricks.
Finishes: Floors: The entrance hall, living room, dining and kitchen will be paved with ceramics; Balcony will be paved with ceramics tiles 14/m2; The bathrooms will have ceramics floor tiles 14/m2; The bedroom will be tiled ceramic at 14/m2. External surfaces shall have 3 coats of plaster and 2 coats of Santex paint for exterior use & sprits; Internal surfaces shall have 3 coats of plaster and 3 coats of emulsion paint; WC & bathrooms wall will be lined with ceramic wall tiles up to 2.2 m height; Kitchen wall between cupboards and bench will be lined with ceramic tiles 14/m2; The walls behind the kitchen cupboards and bedroom wardrobes will have 2 coats of plaster. Ceilings: All ceilings are of fair-faced concrete treated with 2 coats of spatula and 3 coats of emulsion paint. Insulations The roof (3rd floor) is insulated using bitumen reinforced polyester membrane. Entrance door of timber frame and MDF painted white. All internal doors shall be of timber frame. Door leaves will be of sort wood sub-frame faced with MDF painted white. External doors and windows shall be of coloured aluminium with glazed sliding sections.
How to Get There: From Manila, the Manila Domestic Airport has flights to Boracay either via Kalibo (45 minutes) or via Caticlan (30 minutes). From the Kalibo Airport, air-conditioned vans and buses for hire are available to take you to the Caticlan Jetty, where boats are stationed to take you to the island. The bus trip takes around 90 minutes, and the boat ride, 20 minutes.
