There are plots for sale located in immediate proximity to two golf courses currently under construction!
The plots would benefit from these construction works. Water supply would be delivered through a municipal main pipe which is being built for the golf courses and electricity would be connected to the nearby national electricity network. The golf course investors will be building a way to the main road Balchik – Kavarna. There is an ongoing procedure for change of use of the land. This would be conversion from agricultural land to quality building land!
