This property is located 20km east of Sabanitas (approx. 12.4 miles). Sabanitas is a town along the highway from Panama City to Colon and is the starting point of the road to the towns of Maria Chiquita, Playa Langosta, Guanche and Portobelo on the Caribbean coast of Panama.
The property can be reached in approximately one hour, forty-five minutes from Panama City and is located approximately 10 kilometers before the City of Portobelo. The land has a surface of 498, 9 hectares (1232.8 acres) with an irregular shape and a street front of approximately 200m (656 ft) to the road close to the ocean. It has a depth of 7.525m (4.676 miles) going back and raising towards the Sierra Llorona mountain range.
The front part near the highway this cleared of forests, the back part are mainly thick mountainous forests with the abundance of a flora and fauna of a virgin forest. Several creeks and rivers crisscross the property, of which the most imposing it is Rio Piedra with a natural lake and multiples spectacular water falls.
